Throughout the years I’ve come to see
The blessings God has given me.
They came in ways I did not plan,
They taught me how to be a man.
To love the Lord in spite of pain,
In search of that eternal gain.

The poetic musings of Mark Hennessey. . . Maybe the rhyming musings of Mark Hennessey would be more kind to the true poets out there.
