This day you proclaim your most holy vow,
To love and to cherish forever somehow.

A promise not easily kept on our own,

Will keep you on track anywhere, anyplace.
His Word your light as you read it each day,
Illumines the path when the two of you pray.

If you follow His Word instead of your whims,
He will keep you from harm, protect you from sins.
The Lord is the key to a great married life.
